Santa Monica Pet Medical Center provided treatment

and neutering for Beagles rescued from Spanish Laboratory!

On November 23, 2011, the Beagle Freedom Project  rescued 40 beagles from a lifetime in a laboratory in Spain. As of today, all of these beagles have been adopted into their forever homes!
 

"To Have Never Felt The Earth Beneath Your Feet"

Santa Monica Pet Medical Center in association with the Beagle Freedom Project assisted in the examining, treating & microchipping  of 9 of these Beagles used for laboratory testing.  The Laboratory Facility's name is being protected from public disclosure.  Watch this touching video to see what is was like for dogs who had never been out of a cage to feel the earth beneath their feet.
